The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s new general guidelines have now been published, while work surrounding CCD2 continues to raise many questions across the industry. We are seeing a strong demand for legal guidance and support as the regulatory framework evolves and uncertainty around interpretation and implementation remains.
SweFinTech would now like to highlight its advisory member companies to make it easier for fintech firms and other ecosystem participants to find the right expertise and support on these matters.
