The aim is to create the most comprehensive picture of how AI is used, regulated and expected to develop in the financial industry until 2030. The University of Cambridge 's global study on AI in financial services "AI in Financial Services 2030 Global Surveys" is a groundbreaking worldwide study that brings together perspectives from:
• Financial regulators
• Fintech companies and traditional financial institutions
• AI vendors

The initiative is led by Cambridge Center for Alternative Finance, Cambridge Judge Business School in collaboration with, among others Bank for International Settlements – BIS , The World Bank , International Monetary Fund and World Economic Forum (WEF) , with support from Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), Financial Innovation for Impact (Fii) and ecosystem partners that Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and CGAP .
