SWEFINTECH PARTICIPATES ONCE AGAIN IN A GLOBAL STUDY BY THE UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE – THIS TIME WITH A FOCUS ON AI IN FINANCIAL SERVICES. SWEDISH FINTECH COMPANIES ARE INVITED TO TAKE PART!

The aim is to create the most comprehensive picture to date of how AI is used, regulated, and expected to develop within the financial industry through 2030. The University of Cambridge’s global study on AI in financial services, “AI in Financial Services 2030 Global Surveys,” is a groundbreaking worldwide initiative that brings together perspectives from:

  • Financial supervisory authorities

  • Fintech companies and traditional financial institutions

  • AI solution providers

Links to the surveys can be found in the comments!

The initiative is led by the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, Cambridge Judge Business School, in collaboration with, among others, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), The World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and the World Economic Forum (WEF), with support from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), Financial Innovation for Impact (Fii), and ecosystem partners such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and CGAP.

Your voice matters. By spending approximately 30 minutes completing the survey, you contribute to shaping the future of responsible AI adoption in the financial sector. All financial institutions or fintech companies that use AI or offer AI solutions are welcome to participate.

Benefits of participating

  • Your company’s name/logo will be included as a contributor in the final report

  • Results will be shared only at an aggregated level – never individual responses

  • A freely available final report distributed globally to policymakers, authorities, and the media

  • Invitations to exclusive events

  • An opportunity to help shape the future of responsible AI use in the financial sector

For questions, please contact Krishnamurthy Suresh at k.suresh@jbs.cam.ac.uk or a member of the research team at CamAIFS2025@jbs.cam.ac.uk.

As a token of appreciation for your contribution, your company’s name/logo will be included in the report as a contributor. CCAF never shares, delegates, or publishes individual survey responses and reports data only at an aggregated national, regional, global, or business level.

This collaboration is free of charge, and the final report will be widely distributed among governments, regulators, industry associations, and major media outlets to inform policy and raise public awareness of digital finance.
